  • Late/Missed Payments: Late payments may result in additional charges, suspension of Services, or withholding of program participation until account balances are resolved.

  • Cancellation & Refunds: Refunds, credits, and cancellation privileges (if any) are subject to the policies provided at the time of registration or enrollment.

5. Communication & Messaging

  • Consent to Contact: By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive Service-related messages, updates, confirmations, and notices from us.

  • Opt-Out: You may opt out of marketing communications any time by contacting us directly or following unsubscribe instructions provided in messages. Service-related communications necessary for program administration may still be sent.

6. Privacy & Security

7. Limitation of Liability
